Key Leaders
Without sounding trite, there is no finish line when it comes to be an effective leader. As a result, coaching is an investment in a leader’s ongoing development. Leadership development coaching is particularly beneficial when an organization’s strategic plan requires new skill sets. Or, coaching can be useful for a leader who receives regular feedback from a 360 assessment. In this case, coaching can be instrumental in leveraging a leader’s strengths or addressing a critical performance behavior, trait, or skill.
